Considered a highly nutritious and cleansing food source, rich in protein, carbohydrate; vitamins C, E, B, B17; and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, amino acids, antioxidants, chlorophyll and enzymes. Harvest at 10-15cm high. This herb may be cut several times and used in cooking or popularly drunk as a shot.
