Living Colour is a premium selection of flowering plants which can be incorporated into the garden, containers, hangers or even presented as an indoor/patio giftline.

Varieties are presented in 140ml and 180ml pots and 200ml Hangers and provide a great display of impulse colour. From our all year round crops such as Gerberas, Lavenders and Calibrachoas, through Mothers Day favourites such as Roses, Chrysanthemums and Cyclamens to Christmas specials like Poinsettias and Snowflakes and spot crops of African Violets, Fuchsias, Kangaroo Paws and Caladiums, we have a year-round selection of over 30 species of desirable and quality produced specialty crops that can only be grown with Pohlmans state of the art facilities.

Living Colour is our decorative plant range, which is increasingly popular, and ever expanding, with new varieties and proven winners. These high quality products are specifically selected for their impulsive nature with their long term flowering displays and great garden performance. Pohlmans specialty crops provide fantastic gift lines, perfect for feature pots around the home or to enhance your garden display. Look at some of autumn’s new additions; simply stunning.

ALSTROEMERIA These stunning, lily-like flowers are presented on compact, well rounded plants with contrasting mid-green foliage. Alstroemerias have a long flowering period from spring to autumn and with many appealing two toned flower colours available these are a great way to add sophisticated colour around the house, patio or in the garden. Flower size is 5-7cm. POSITION Part Shade
BRACHYSCOME Mixed This new addition can provide all year round colour in hanging baskets, containers, gardens or landscape with its versatile habit; quick & low growing, spreading, ground cover. Now available in an array of bright colours from mauves and pinks to oranges and lemons. Plants are compact with green-purple tipped scalloped foliage and display slender stems which hold the flowers well above the foliage. POSITION Full Sun
CALIBRACHOA Minifamous Double Exclusive - This outstanding breeding breakthrough allows the availability of the first and only double calibrachoa on the market. The next generation of flower power brings full double flowers, early flowering with low-medium vigour, and a mounding and semi-trailing habit which makes this a very versatile plant in the garden, landscape, hanging baskets or in mixed container plantings. DAHLIA Assorted Stunning forms and colours! These sensational flowering plants produce an abundance of large, single bi-colour and double pompom flowers in unique and bright colours. A number of different series have been combined to make this the best colour range on the market. This fast growing plant with a compact habit is great for baskets, containers and garden beds. GERBERA Mini An adorable mini gerbera series ideally suited to smaller pots, containers and tighter spaces. This brilliant mix of double 5-10cm flowers is a well balanced mix of 10 colours. PLECTRANTHUS Cape Angels This charming and attractive series of compact plants produce an abundance of flowers that sit elegantly above light grey-green foliage. With their easy care nature, ability to thrive and flower for lengthy periods in full sun and shady positions, these evergreen perennials are increasing in popularity. Princettia POINSETTIA These very unique bright coloured bracts, available in bright pink and candy pink, provide a colourful addition to decorate your home or outdoor space over a long period of time. They’re smaller bracts are produced in great numbers and create an impulse display. Princettia donates 50c to the National Breast Cancer Foundation for every pot sold. POSITION Full Sun / Part Shade
SUNPATIENS [Impatiens] The first impatiens bred to thrive in the full sun. Trialed here in Queensland in 40°c temperatures, these Sunpatiens are well and truly the real deal. Improved breeding sees tighter internodes in this compact series. Sunpatiens are better in the sun, in areas of high heat and high humidity, and have extremely good garden erformance. This beautiful mix includes flower colours of lilac, lavender, orange, & coral along with an amazing light salmon flower on rich yellow and green variegated foliage. Ideal for landscapes, outdoor gardens, patio pots and containers; this is a very versatile Impatiens. POSITION Full Sun
