Fresh figs are highly nutritious, full of vitamins and produce mouthwatering, soft, sweet fruit. These plants are ornamental and tropical looking, making them an attractive addition to the patio, deck or even a balcony in a pot or simply in the garden as a fruit tree. One of the highest plant sources of calcium and fiber. Containing many antioxidants. Two crops are produced each year. Harvest fruit when ripe.

Care: Figs produce their fruit on both new and old wood.   Producing 3-5 cm long fruit with a green skin, sometimes ripening towards brown or purple. Provide plenty of ventilation during the heat of summer. Ideal position will offer full sun, a southern exposure, and provide protection from prevailing winds and late frosts.
