Pohlmans Lettuce Cos is a green lettuce that can be harvested a leaf at a time. With a sweet crisp heart, this lettuce can be used in salads or on sandwiches. All lettuces provide some potassium, fibre and folic acid to the diet.
Care: Ideally, plant into a garden bed which is fertile, enriched with organic matter, and well drained. For best results use plenty of nitrogen based fertiliser to encourage leaf growth.
