An aromatic, warm and slightly bitter tasting herb, that is high in anti-oxidants and anti-bacterial properties. The strong flavoured leaves can be used with tomato sauces, Italian and Greek cuisine, pizza, lamb, pork and salads. Oregano can also be used in herbal tea.
Care: These tasty herbs prefer well drained soils, and should be fed regularly during the growing season.
