Pohlmans Tomato Roma is a traditional egg variety, producing 85 gram, low acid, pear shaped, medium firm, 4-6 cm deep red fruit. Ideal for salads, bottling, soups, sauces and drying. Containing the powerful antioxidant lycopene, tomatoes are also high in Vitamin A and C.
Care: Plant your tomato along with lettuce, cucumber and capsicum to create the basics of your salad. These tasty vegetables prefer rich well drained soil, and should be fed regularly during the growing season. This variety is best when staked or trellised for support.
