stachys lambs ear flower

An attractive evergreen groundcover, with soft woolly silver-grey foliage, and spikes of purple-pink flowers in early summer. Ideal for cottage gardens, borders and rockeries. Easy to grow, preferring a well drained soil or standard approved potting mix.

Care: Through the warmer months mulch around the plants root base to reduce water stress. Removing spent flowers will prolong bloom period and encourage more flowers.
