Pohlmans Rocket has peppery mustard flavoured leaves that are high in protein, and are considered to be an appetite stimulant and digestive. High in Vitamin A & C, harvest rocket regularly for the best flavour as the leaves become bitter after flowering. Rocket can be used with tomatoes, Italian dishes, soups, salads, stir fries, pasta dishes and sauces.
Care: Plant Rocket every 2-3 weeks for a continuous supply. These tasty herbs prefer well drained soils, and should be fed regularly during the growing season. Harvest foliage as required, cuttings stems back to the base to promote fresh lush new growth.
