Pohlmans Gourmet Vegetables® Honey Snap Pea produces masses of dark, green pods, approximately 4-5 cm long, in a mass on each plant. The pods are sweet, tender and 90% stringless. You can eat the whole pod or just the peas. Use in salads, stir fries or serve steamed as a side dish. Snap Peas are good source of folate and fibre.
